Benefits of using Aluminum to Manufacture Machined Parts

Aluminum has a high strength-to-weight ratio, which is important for machined parts used in high-performance applications such as those found in the aerospace and automotive industries.

Aluminum comes in a variety of grades, each with a different level of corrosion resistance. One of the most commonly used grades in machining operations is 6061, which has excellent corrosion resistance.
